Hi David. You can use any operating system which can run latest Chrome afaik, but definitely Mac or Windows. You’ll only work in your browser via a browser terminal, this will give you access to various clusters and instances which run Ubuntu 18.

It’s possible to use Laptop camera. The camera just has to face your face, doesn’t matter if keyboard isn’t in the picture. At the beginning you’ll be asked to show the camera/laptop around the whole room and your desk.
